TPA joins the EACP - European Aerospace Cluster Partnership and hosts the Partner Meeting during Aerospace & Defense Meetings 2009.
On the same dates of Aerospace & Defense Meetings 2009 Torino hosted also the first EACP - European Aerospace Cluster Partnership partner meeting to mark its official entry into the network: a growth opportunity for the project's strategies of supporting TPA and Piemonte aerospace companies to internationalize and connect with overseas players jointly with the other european clusters.
EACP was born in 2009 as a permanent platform for mutual exchange, policy learning, and cooperation among European aerospace clusters to achieve high-level performance. It is the first and sole european cluster network existing at present.
The EACP currently has 31 members from 12 European countries.
The network focuses on the exchange of information, knowledge and experiences between all partners, concerning both cluster policy and the search for effective solutions to the sector challenges.
Therefore, it aims at developing and realizing concrete steps for long-term trans-national cooperation between clusters and companies for a stronger and more competitive European position in the world aerospace market.
It provides the opportunity for each member to participate in one or several working groups:
Skill & Innovation
Funding
Internationalisation
