The best of Piemonte aerospace components, services and technologies was on display at Farnborough International Airshow - Hall 1 stand D16 on the Italian pavilion headed by AIAD/MOD, the Italian Industries Association for Aerospace and System Defense.

Renown to be a vanguard territory for UAV and UAS, Piemonte was exhibiting at Farnborough 2010 a première: Wave, unmanned aerial vehicle meant for civilian uses (ground, environment, agriculture and fire-prevention monitoring) realised by 2 of Torino Piemonte Aerospace's pool of companies, SSE and PRO S3, both attending the fair. The vehicle was one of the protagonists of the Space Zone, where UAS will animate flight demonstrations.
