TECNOMECCANICA LEINI'
Tradition, innovation and competitiveness are the main features of the Piedmontese aerospace companies: on stand international players found possible new partners which guarantee cutting-edge technology and internationally certified quality. Moreover, Alenia Aeronautica was exhibiting the Eurofighter model, the combat multitasking aircraft used by the Italian, Spanish, German and British air forces, as well as the C27J model, the aircraft meant for tactic transportation equipping the leading international air forces.
For the first time, on booth were present two innovative services:
- "Ready to contact!": a virtual room always connected with our 85 companies in Piemonte to respond quickly to possible buyers' enquiries.
- "TG live from Berlin": an on-line daily newscast to keep Piedmontese companies up-to-date with the latest developments of the aerospace industry being shown at ILA.
In addition, Torino Piemonte Aerospace participated at the ISC (International Supplier Center): the project attended the event within the EACP (http://www.eacp-aero.eu/), the cooperation permanent platform involving all the European aerospace clusters. On the same days, EACP held its second Partners' Meeting.
On June 10th, a technology brokerage event was organised by the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), of which the Torino Chamber of Commerce is part, in order to encourage new partnerships between aerospace companies.
Torino Piemonte Aerospace 2010 presence follows the success of ILA Berlin Air Show 2008 edition, when the project was exhibiting with a group participation of 5 top class companies.
